THE QUICK GUIDE

One portrait. Four steps.

You do not need an editing timeline or a prompt. One photo changes the main dancer while the observer, scene, motion, and cut stay fixed.

01

Choose a clear portrait

Use one person, visible face, even light, and at least 320 × 320 pixels. JPG, PNG, and WebP files up to 10 MB are accepted.

02

Keep it to one face

The single photo targets only the main dancer. The surprised observer is part of the fixed original scene and is never replaced.

03

Check placement

The free preview shows who goes where. It is a static guide and does not promise the exact final animation.

04

Save your setup

During the preview phase, save your cast and framing as a local demo setup. Personalized ordering will open after checkout, private upload handling, and launch rights are ready.

A photo that works well

  • Face the camera or turn only slightly.
  • Keep your face unobstructed and in focus.
  • Avoid group photos, sunglasses, and harsh colored lighting.
  • Only upload people who agreed to appear.
